The Course Activity Report focuses on employee engagement with courses and allows administrators to quickly identify courses that are popular or are under-utilized by the company. Use this report to answer questions like:
- Which courses in a certain category are most popular?
- When it comes to self-enrollment, which courses are chosen by employees as opposed to those assigned by managers?
- Is there a course that is often started but rarely completed?
This report is best utilized to collect aggregate data to inform your decisions about effective learning opportunities. To identify employees, please reference the Completion Report or leverage Manage Learners.
