While we aim to resolve issues promptly, some more complex scenarios may take longer. If it's urgent, let us know and we'll try even harder.

Please include as much detail as possible in your email. 

Screenshots and details such as review cycle name, employee name, course info, etc, can help us quickly troubleshoot the issue and resolve issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue with the details provided, we may ask for more detail or ask that we schedule a screen share.
