PiiQ was designed from the ground up to simplify performance and learning workflows by leveraging an intuitive interface and easy-to-find data. Administrators have access to any information within PiiQ via a number of features including Admin Mimic, Insights for reviews, Check-ins, and learning, as well as various standard reports. However, we understand that sometimes it is most effective to export information in bulk for manipulation and analysis outside of PiiQ. We also recognize that not every element is as easily extracted through front-end tools.
To better support your ability to make the most of your PiiQ data, custom reports are available by request through a support ticket. Please note: This offering is not part of your service agreement and is not a guarantee. If our engineers do not have the bandwidth at any time due to conflicting priorities, the request will not be approved. We will always do our best to fulfill your request and we thank you for your understanding.

Please note the report(s) you will need and send us a support ticket and we will schedule the data extraction and delivery. Delivery of a report will typically take 5-7 US business days, though this timeframe is subject to change based on availability. While we will do everything in our power to provide your requested information quickly, there may be delays in certain circumstances.
Additionally, due to the time-consuming nature of pulling this information, we ask that clients kindly refrain from requesting reports during intermediate points in the review cycle process. Please ensure that all learning and/or performance data you need has already been entered into the system prior to sending a support ticket. Repeated requests for similar reports in succession will cause further delays.
Any data not contained within these reports may still be available for our extraction, with such requests to be resolved on a case-by-case basis. When in doubt, ask! We are happy to help any way we can.
